All baked goods sales are final. We pack the goods the best way we can, but are not responsible if items do not arrive as pictured.
Craft and pattern items may be returned, but buyer must pay shipping to return. Buyers have one week to return product and will be credited if product is returned in the same condition in which it was sent.
